Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 day prior to scheduled Service. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the service is scheduled have been communicated to customer and the technician is out for service. In such an event, you may choose to cancel the service at the doorstep.
  2. Redblocks Solutions refunds / replaces the technicians if the quality service is not provided or technician could not fullfill the customer requirement.
  3. In case you feel that the service received is not the same you requested or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the service. The customer service team after looking into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of complaints regarding the Service that come with a warranty from the Platform, please refer the issue to us.
  5. In case of any refunds approved by Redblocks Solutions, amount will be credited to original payment mode within 5 to 6 business days.
